Introducing: Back to Basics
“Back to Basics” is a thought leadership and educational series developed by TUSA Consulting Services to guide public safety leaders, city/county managers, and IT/communications directors in evaluating the foundation of their emergency communications infrastructure before integrating advanced technologies for NG911, CAD/RMS, LTE/Broadband, or AI-enabled solutions. The basic principle is, “Public Safety Must be Able to Communicate”.
This series will be presented in articles throughout 2026 to help agencies make informed decisions that protect their mission, personnel, and communities.

When Seconds Count: Real Stories of Emergency Radio Systems in Action
This series will showcase TUSA-designed emergency radio systems’ real-world performance during critical incidents through success stories and customer testimonials.
