TUSA is pleased to announce that Frederick County, Virginia just completed a successful staging event in Dallas, Texas. The County is currently building a brand new, JVCKenwood/EF Johnson P25 UHF MHz Digital Simulcast Trunked. The new system will include multiple tower sites provided with equipment, shelters, generators, and additional site hardware to support the the infrastructure.
The County got to stage the system in JVCKenwood’s brand new, state of of the art staging facility. The great thing about this staging event is that it allowed Frederick County to see their radio system for the first time. It also gave them an opportunity to thoroughly test it. This new system is a major win for the first responders of Frederick County.
